Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the ExamBoost app, published by Genesys-in, an AI-assisted assessment, competition and learning platform.

Using ExamBoost requires creating an account with accurate information. If you are a minor, creating your account and any purchase made from it must be approved by a parent or legal guardian.

Three profile types exist: student (access to the exam library, packs and competitions), individual (access to general-knowledge challenges), and partner teacher (exam submission and compensation tracking). Each profile is subject to the specific rules described in these terms.

You can top up your ExamBoost wallet via MTN MoMo, Orange Money or CamerPay. Exam pack purchases and competition entry fees are debited from this wallet. Prices are listed in FCFA. Every transaction is also subject to the terms of CamerPay and the mobile payment operators. Unless a technical error is attributable to ExamBoost, packs already viewed or partly consumed are non-refundable.

You may create or join free or paid competitions. Anti-cheat mechanisms apply (detection of leaving the app, strict timers, question randomization). The final ranking, computed by AI or validated by a teacher, is final. ExamBoost reserves the right to cancel a competition or disqualify a participant in case of confirmed fraudulent behavior.

Exams submitted by partner teachers are reviewed by the ExamBoost team before publication. Compensation is calculated according to the partnership scale in effect and can be withdrawn via CamerPay to the teacher's wallet.

Partner teachers retain copyright over their exams but grant ExamBoost a license to distribute them on the platform. Copying, capturing or redistributing content outside the app is prohibited without authorization.

It is forbidden to cheat or attempt to bypass anti-cheat mechanisms, to share your account with a third party, to use the wallet for fraudulent purposes, or to post offensive or unlawful content through competition features.

ExamBoost offers offline access to downloaded exams but requires an occasional connection for syncing, payments, and real-time competitions. ExamBoost strives to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.

ExamBoost may suspend or close an account that does not comply with these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

ExamBoost's educational content is provided for practice and preparation purposes. ExamBoost does not guarantee any specific result on official exams (BEPC, BAC, university exams).

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulation. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
